需修改VM中的windows機碼(regedit)
修改機碼的路徑：
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VMware, Inc.\VMware Tools\ShowTray
把 ShowTray 的數值改成 0，然後重新登出並登入(或重新啟動亦可)
就不會在 VM 內看到 VMware Tools 圖示
