需修改VM中的windows機碼(regedit)
修改機碼的路徑：
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VMware, Inc.\VMware Tools\ShowTray
把 ShowTray 的數值改成 0，然後重新登出並登入(或重新啟動亦可)
就不會在 VM 內看到 VMware Tools 圖示

Filezilla Server無法連線(FTPS)
Filezilla Server 升級到 0.9.53 beta 之後
手機上的 ES瀏覽器就無法直接透過 FTPS 連上
查了一下 Filezilla Server 的 Log
每次連線都會出現底下的錯誤訊息
450 TLS session of data connection has not resumed or the session does not match the control connection
確認是因為新版本(0.9.51~)開始
預設有開啟 "Require TLC session resumption on data connection when using PROT P"
而 FTP Client (Ex: ES檔案瀏覽器) 的還未支援此功能
所以就無法連線了...
所以，在 FTP Client 還沒支援此功能之前
先將下圖紅框內的選項取消勾選就解決囉
